Homeless in NoHo Revisted

There is an increasing boldness to the 3 "regular" homeless people right outside of my very expensive apt. building.  I am forced to walk by and wait for the bus next to  urine and poop deposited by the homeless woman who "resides" next door to the local liquor store.
Another has put up a cot on the very busy Magnolia Blvd. This guy is so drunk most of the time he just hangs around there holding beer cans.  Yesterday he was wondering down the middle of Magnolia Blvd. disrupting traffic and oblivious of the traffic he was impacting.
The other guy has set up his residence at the corner of Magnolia and Vineland in front of Walgreens.  He has peed into the trees and bushes there and they have died.  I've had to step over his body by the local liquor store as he was passed out on the sidewalk with drug bottles strewn about.  The homeless woman was passed out as well across the sidewalk with 5 empty pint bottles of vodka laying around her.
This is a daily occurrence for the past several months while a local religious group enables them to be drunks and drug addicts by delivering food to them daily and cleaning up their trash.
But, never fear because our Mayor has declared April 25 as La La Land Day because that's what tourists want...a La La Land view of Los Angeles.
This will surely help line the pockets of local merchants, but who is going to provide intelligent help to the homeless?
Did I mention that while looking up homeless in noho on Google, I found out that there is a TB epidemic among the homeless community and that hepatitis is on the rise. But, never fear as our Mayor has seen fit to declare April 25 as La La Land Day! Yeah, that'll help them.
R U as fed up as I am? Quick e-mail our Mayor at: mayor.garcetti@lacity.org and tell him you want more meaningful help for the homeless than the housing that will be provided to homeless who don't want it. Prop. HHH passed and the Mayor now has 1.2 billion dollars to build homes for the homeless that won't use them.  I am asking myself who benefits from this?  Ahhh, the contractor to start with.
